"I just wanted to say the pushpilot works amazingly. I'm a marine mechanic who does lots of installations of aftermarket upgrades to boat hulls. I cut out over a 2" deep by 3" wide hole in a combination of fiberglass with balsa and for first time I didn't have to fight with plug inside the holesaw. Excellent product. Highly recommend."​

    Best new tool I have in my vast array of equipment, apparatus, hardware, implements and devices. Saves so much time and frustration having to remove stuck wood and debris from hole saws.
    We shot a video of myself using this at the NHS Las Vegas Last year and had to do it again this year for you guys. I can’t say enough about how much of a game-changer this is. What size hole saws will it work with smallest to largest? Ray asked on October 2, 2025

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the question. Just for an FYI the PushPilot will fit any standard hole saw that threads.The smallest is a 3/4" diameter hole-saw. The largest I would recommend using it with is a 4" diameter hole-saw in studs and a 6" diameter hole-saw in plywood.

The PushPilot has a 7/16" quick connect shaft. It's a standard shaft for most arbors and should work perfectly with your hole hog.Thanks for the question!

What is the life expectancy of the spring inside the push pilot? How long can we expect it to last before you have to replace it? Cisco asked on September 12, 2025

Hi Cisco. The spring should not ever need to be replaced. We have had them in the field for 2 years now and nobody has had this issue.
